About the Event
Hosted at the stunning new Westwood Estates venue overlooking Ponoka’s countryside, Field & Fork is an unforgettable dining experience, hosted by PARCS with a menu created and served by HT Catering and Meats.
This signature event will feature a carefully curated multi-course harvest dinner showcasing local farms, businesses, live entertainment, catering, and community organizations—all in support of the Ponoka Arts, Recreation and Cultural Society (PARCS).
All proceeds support PARCS community upgrades and the future development of a Ponoka Field House.

The Menu
Each course in this farm-to-table dinner is thoughtfully crafted with locally sourced ingredients, celebrating the abundance of area farms and producers.
We are especially grateful to our Featured Farmers for their contributions to the menu, who are recognized throughout the menu. In addition, other local products have been thoughtfully chosen, reflecting our ongoing commitment to supporting local growers, makers, and businesses.

Directions
- Enter “Westwood Estates Ponoka” into Google Maps, which will guide you to the venue driveway.
- Take Range Road 261 off Highway 53.
- The driveway is the first on the left after the bend (look for the large sign).
- Note: The driveway directly off Highway 53 leads to a private residence and is not an entrance to the venue.

Additional Things to Note
- Each ticket purchase qualifies for a donation receipt. Donation information will be provided by PARCS at the event.
- Complimentary parking is available on-site. Vehicles left overnight must be picked up by 9:00 AM the next morning.
- A cash bar will be available (no ATM on site).
- Shuttle service details will be shared closer to the event.
- All tickets are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
