Ponoka Arts, Recreation and Cultural Society (PARCS) was honoured to receive a very significant legacy donation recently from John W Low Agencies in memory of Andy and Shawna Low.
In 2017, PARCS became incorporated under the Societies Act of the Province of Alberta and operates as a stand-alone entity at arm’s length from the Town of Ponoka. PARCS is a registered charitable society which provides the ability to issue tax receipts for qualifying fundraising, philanthropy or benevolent donations.
