Join us for an unforgettable farm-to-table inspired five-course dinner inside the brand-new Westwood Estates — an elegant space overlooking the beauty of Ponoka’s countryside.
This elevated dining experience is thoughtfully inspired by the rich agricultural heritage of Ponoka and its surrounding areas. Every dish is crafted with locally sourced ingredients from our cherished regional farmers and producers, prepared by Chef Shelby Goedhart and the talented culinary team at HT Catering & Meats, in collaboration with the PARCS Society.
Each course will celebrate the bounty of our region — pairing exceptional flavours with the passion and dedication of our local producers. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy:

Why We Gather
This signature fundraising event supports the Ponoka Arts, Recreation, and Cultural Society (PARCS) — an organization committed to enhancing artistic, recreational, and cultural opportunities for all.
All proceeds will help fund upgrades within our community and the creation of the future Ponoka Field House — a vibrant and inclusive space where individuals and families of every age can gather, grow, and thrive.
